"Move Like the Wind" 2014: the first-ever Parkour/Freerunning and Art du Déplacement workshop event hosted in Chicago by Parkour Ways & Art du Déplacement Chicago with coaches from Parkour Generations (UK) and Parkour Generations Americas (US).

This will be the first official Parkour workshop in Chicago! Led by Parkour Generations senior coach Christopher Keighley, ADAPT certified instructors, and newly-certified ADAPT Level 1 candidates from Parkour Ways/ADD Chicago and other organizations.

Workshop days are open to all skill levels, beginner to advanced. This will be a great event to get started in the disciplines and for intermediate or advanced practitioners to hone their skills!
