Expect



What You Should Expect


Just like our classes, our parties are packed with fun movements, creative exercises, physical and mental challenges, and even movement-based games! We can make your ADD/Parkour birthday parties - or any kind of party/event - one that everyone will remember!

Participants WILL get sweaty and dirty. Our lessons will almost always have the kids on the ground at some point or using equipment that is or has been outdoors.

We do not provide cake or food of any kind for your party. Decorations are also entirely up to you. We focus only on teaching movement at the party.


What We Expect


Participants and their parents/relatives/friends are expected to respect the venue or the outdoor environment at which the party is held. We ask that you use the space as if it were your own and treat it with care. Avoid making a mess and leaving it behind for us to clean up! And please do NOT litter outdoors!

All participants are expected to follow the instructions given and show respect to the instructor(s). In the event that any child is being exceptionally disruptive, we can and will reserve the right to have them sit aside while we finish the lesson! Our #1 priority is to keep our lessons SAFE!


Rules & Policies



What to Wear


Most athletic shoes will work fine. Long pants are recommended.

NOTE: Check the weather and dress accordingly even if you are attending a gym class; even the indoor classes sometimes go outdoors. On rainy days, it may be a good idea to be prepared with a towel, just in case.


Waivers


A waiver is required to be signed by any and all participants in ADD Chicago / Parkour Ways activities (a parent signature is required if the participant is under 18). Click here to get the waiver.


Sign In


You should sign in for any and all sessions, including special events. Sessions with no students signed up are subject to cancellation, possibly without any public notice. A minimum of 3 students is usually required for a class to run, but exceptions are often made.
